Shipment and Delivery

PROCESSING TIME

  • All jewelry is handmade to order. The time needed to prepare an order varies. Most jewelry pieces are usually ready to ship with in 3 - 10 days. Some pieces may require a few extra days. Processing time and delivery time are NOT the same. Please take note when placing your order.
  • Depending on the design custom jewelry orders can take up to 4 weeks to complete. This is an estimated time frame. During the busy season processing time may be extended. Custom orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours. Custom jewelry pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  •  Some items take longer to process; therefore, your item(s) may arrive in separate packages. There are no additional shipping charges for subsequent shipments of the same order. Tracking details are provided with each shipment.

SHIPMENT

  • The items are wrapped and packed safely in a thick bubble envelope or sturdy shipping box. We use USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS as the carrier.
DELIVERY
  • We ship WORLDWIDE! The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose; however, we can't guarantee them.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:
  • United State : 3 - 10  business days
  • Canada: 10 - 21 business days
  • United Kingdom: 15 - 30 business days
  • All Other Countries: 10 - 30 business days
 
All international customers are responsible for the customs duties and taxes within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
 
Jewelry by Angel will need to declare the full dollar value on international shipments. Unfortunately, we cannot put a lower value on the parcel or mark the parcel as gift.
