Returns & Exchanges



Due to the nature of the bridal industry, you must notify me immediately upon receipt if you want to return your items.  A 30% re-stocking fee will apply. Sales are final after 7 days.
Items NOT eligible for return:
  • Earrings (due to health & hygiene reasons)
  • Bulk Orders (three or more items)
  • Custom Orders 
  • Personalized Jewelry 
  • Sales or Clearance  Items



Exchange or replacement may be given for damaged, defected, or wrong product.
Jewelry that has not been worn, altered, or damaged by wear & tear can be exchanged with in 7 days from the delivery date. It must be returned in its original package along with any & all contents that came with it.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 
Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by wear & tear will not be accepted. Sales are final after 7 days.
